Refund policy

Returns

Task Two 3D strives to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. Return eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.

Physical Products

Unused and unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened filament and consumables
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Services that have already been performed
  • Customized or modified products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.


Service Refunds

Task Two 3D provides operational support, logistics coordination, fulfillment services, repair coordination, and other business services.

Refunds for services are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once a service has been substantially performed, completed, or delivered, refunds may not be available.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.


Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment or service fulfillment begins.

Once an order has shipped or services have commenced, cancellation requests may not be possible.
